SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Print-on-demand items (apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products made to order) may require an additional 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Economy (USPS): Estimated delivery 5–8 business days after shipment
- Standard (DHL Express): Estimated delivery 2–4 business days after shipment
Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $100.
International Shipping We ship to 60+ countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days after shipment.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
Print-on-Demand Items Some KilaKai products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners. These items may ship separately from other items in your order and may have slightly longer delivery windows. You will receive individual tracking for each shipment.
